Colonics are great!

They wont give you die-off as candida is actually washed out of your system!

Usually, therapist recommends 3 in a row at two weeks interval.

You will feel immediatly great after it and you will sleep like you never did in ages!

A good professionnal will finish the treatment with a good probiotic to flush your colon; but I do not take chances and take a good supplement as well!

Also it is a good idea to drink a lot of water and take a mineral supplement after as colonics may dehydrate you!

By flushing the excess candida ,I think i gives you a head start for a complete candida cure...so don't stop there!

And also, lets not forget that too much of a good thing is also detrimental! So don't over do it as it affects colon ecology!
