With psyllium you need to drink a lot of water because fibers need water (that they absorb ) to transit.

Also, it is possible that the cleansmart product is not suitable for you...

I do not know if you were constipated before using the product but if so, it might indicate a liver problem. In that case, artichoke leaf tea might be helpful.
