Hi Waiting4Healing ,

Yes I do bowel cleansing on a regular basis. Most bowel cleanse are much too long for me. They last from a week to 30 days. For me I want something much faster like 1 to 3 days.

Recently I have been doing a cleansing enema 2 to 3 times a week. This has been most helpful  when I indulge in eating too much at one sitting. I also go on a regular liver cleanse about twice a year. For more details please read my blog titled “My challenge”, link below.

I only take the ACV and baking soda when I suffer from gastric paresis after eating too large a meal.
