That might be okay on a chat forum. Alas.

And then, you talk of having guts and eating less.  Okay, maybe I am wrong--and you are not speaking with two voices, maybe it's a forked tongue-- or maybe just a dull mind, caught in a tired moment -- but you  seem to be somewhat urging or supporting a lifestyle, or mindset that has little to do with what this forum's about--At the same time, I don't really detect any true guidance in your post.

It's a bit like --if you'll forgive me being blunt-- what someone might offer to a passerby who's on their way to a bridge--A bridge perhaps well-known in the area, for being a place people leap from. And not in joy.
