I also read the EARTHING book and immediately bought the auto pads, since I drive for a living. I seem to feel better while driving, but can't say how significant the effect is yet.
Last night was my first night sleeping with the bed sheet, which I connected to the ground rod I purchased since I live in an ancient building without an indoor ground I also chose this method since the authors indicated it seemed to have the most certain results.
I will post regarding what benefits I get from sleeping with the grounding bedsheet.
