Hi LD,

Sorry to get with you on an older thread but I was intrigued when I read your post on making your own kombucha. What do you use for sugar? Any details would be appreciated as I think this would be something that might work for me. I have no issues with vinegar but I do have the whole adrenal/candida thing going on.
