Hello,

I have candida and started an internal cleanse to cleanse my colon before starting anti-fungals. The thing is iam still constipated after 10 days of CleanseSmart.

Is magnesium"i ready magnesium could constipate some people" Or one of the other supplements am taking the cause ?

These are my current supplements
