hey smudge2011,

as much as I hate to disagree with someone like WIEL, I would suggest you continue just with a TBL spoon or two of ACV 3-4 times a day to improve your digestion.

but like he said, this is just a quick fix, so you must learn to eat the right foods if you want to solve your problem for good.
