Honestly I don't know the answers to your questions but I would say add a zapper to your arsenal. It can kill pathogens in the blood where herbals don't reach. Also, a Sota Pulser can help scoot out those that could be lurking in the lymphatic system where nothing else can reach them. Even if you are on meds - though some sites disagree on this - from my experience it is still fine to use the Pulser.
