My son let me know that he doesn't believe in Adrenal Fatigue. He grabbed onto the medical communities opinions and ran with it. He cited that the symptoms are so vague that everyone has it. He told me if I would eliminate sweets, snacks, exercised and had a positive attitude I would get better. Should I pinch his head off now?
