For anyone whose thinking of trying this, I started something similar about 6 weeks ago and am now really starting to see some improvement.

I will post before/after pics maybe in another two weeks when the results are a bit more conclusive, but from what I can see, the affected area is slowly shrinking upwards (I only have condition on my lower lip).

If I hadn't read your post monsterlip, I wouldn't have bothered sticking with this so I owe you a massive thanks!

One thing I have also been doing is consciously keeping my mouth closed (i.e. airtight) to prevent breathing through my mouth and discourage biting, licking etc.
