8 days without water is insane for most people

I'm pretty sure i'd be dead before 8 days if I had to do it now, depends on what your uncle had to eat and drink before it all started!

I guess it would'nt do any harm for him to soak in a warmish bath and hope some of the water gets absorbed by his skin.

is he at home or still in hospital? I would have thought he would have needed to be under supervision if going for that long without food and water
