Hey jboy. I am sorry to hear that you aren't doing well. I am in the same boat....off and on. What I have found is that trying to get off of a very addicting and hellish rx is a nightmare! It seems like when I start to feel ok then I sway the other way and feel bad. But I have to look at how far I have some. I was taking 350mg of Effexor and now I am down to 1/4 of a 175 mg tablet. It is a tough road but I am realizing that a lot of things that were happening to my body and mind that had me puzzled were due to this drug!

Be kind to yourself. Expect the ups and downs. don't get me wrong I KNOW it sucks! I get so frustrated and just want to be done already!
