You have excess Sebum on your scalp and this is terrain for all kinds of yeasts. Your bumps are tipical of people who have excess oil on skin.

But doesn't look like Seborreic Dermatitis for the moment.

I think Nizoral Shampoo could help with your problem or even saturated Zinc shampoos could help there are many with zinc on it
