>- we've been told it does NOT kill the flora.
It is now known that with really good zappers, the flora can and will be killed, especially when used with augmentation copper footpads. It is always good to avoid using old outdated information. Consider that just because one or more persons say so, that does not make it so.
>- The inability of the digestive system to absorb fat properly may result in stools that are light in color (yellow to gray) and appear greasy.
This does not mean that it is the only cause. The destruction of intestinal flora "May cause these same discolorations". As a point, a significant change in intestinal flora may cause a change in bile production and visa versa.
>- Bile gives stool its brown color, so if bile is not being produced or if the bile ducts are blocked, the result could be stool that is pale.
Bile is green and can help the stool appear more brown if combined with red. However, by itself, bile will turn a pasty while stool greeish.
>- Malabsorption problems can cause undigested fat in the stool (steatorrhea) which is characterized by foul smelling, light yellow to gray, greasy or frothy stools
A microbial imbalance in the intestines can and will cause malabsorption. A microbial culture will often show that there is an abnormal intestinal flora present whenever this occurs.
You offer a lot of "may happen" but not any "absolutely the only cause".
I do agree, however, that we should research all possible causes for any condition that exists.
