Read the book The Influence of Inanition on Metabolism by Francis Benedict, link to which I posted earlie, my dear, and then we can talk more on the same level then now. The whole book is based on medical studies..:)

As for your right to being here it is absolutely truth and I am glad you are here. In my life-long committment to promote dry fasting and educate people I am sure I will met plenty of individuals like yourself so you provide me with a great way to be prepared. Thank you!
