Depends on your initial weight.
I was on Master-Cleanse for 21 days and only lost 10 pounds. My weight stopped at 115 lbs and I'm glad I didn't go any lower. I didn't have any more extra weight to loose.
I would say, if you do Master-Cleanse long enough, you'll loose all your extra weight.
