its been 27 days since i started the treatment. its been going well. almost 4 weeks, i can keep going no problem. im so positive about my progress.

its been said on the japanese site that EC will keep peeling like before in the first and second month, there may be some improvement like i experienced, some people may not even see any improvement, then in the third month most of people got cured.



vitamin E will heat up the body, and it can cause EC.

gentle daily wash is essential to keep lips clean and hygienic, so germs won't build up. some people underestimate this step and leave EC dirty, then they experience infections and more buildup.

we've all abused our lips, biting, peeling, picking, sun damage, over moisturizing and medicating etc etc.. lips need to stay away from these and learn to normal again.

so yes, let them heal naturally. its real hard for us to do that, because of our busy life style.

im using my time off wisely. not just to cure EC but doing more reading and doing research on things i wanted to spend more time on. writing music and recording. im communicating with friends via facebook, im not missing out much. i got a short term job recently. everything is going great.
