Dear People,

I'm just really curious... does anyone know an answer to my wonder?

Every now and then, I have a tingling sensation here and there all over my body, as if a bug is walking on my body touching body hair and it itches too and extremely annoying.

However, after taking one tablet of daily mineral, this strange sensation goes away.
So I assume some sort of mineral is doing this and that I'm lacking or having less of it in my system.

Does anyone know what sort of mineral causes such condition when you have less of it?
