Very good point! That is one of the reasons I can last for so long on dry fast, because I hardly drink and my body is used to it. I get my water from fruits, veggies and air. If I drink 1 to 1.5 liter of liquids per day that would be the most. I drink tea, coffee and soups, sometimes juices, that's it.
