Thank you for your comments. No I do not exercise while dry fasting or water fasting. It is extremely dangerous and I have been very outspoke about it on fastingconnection.com as well as every where else. I do monitor my heart rate and other vitals and have regular blood work done before and after as well.

Doctor Filonov is very proud of my accomplishments and have been sharing them with his colleagues, friends and patients. He and I have a phone contact weekly during which times he teaches me and answers medical questions from the english speaking member of fastingconnection as well as other people.
