I know its junk and even cleanse smart is junk... Iam on my 4th day and still constipated. I have both products so i just want to finish them this month and use some thing better next month.

Cant i just take ParaGone with my morning CleanseSmart ?

Iam intending to do Dr Mccombs plan next month.
