i have no family history of Depression or bi polar behavior. ive had Depression and severe anxiety since i was a teenager. it seems there are alot of things to cause depression. ive been searching for whats causing mine for years. i guess i havent found it yet or i have these toxins in me and i have to get them out to get rid of it. ever since i started Iodine ive felt worse.
i actually do take boron supplements. i take Now brand boron is that good? i may get some niacin and try it.
