I have tested my bromide and it is there and my urine has never been brown.

How was the Liver Flush overall for you to do? Wipe you out? Not so bad...? Just curious
Once I did my first one, I was relieved that it wasn't so bad, so I keep doing them.....

I have worse detox on Lugol's than I do on Iodoral......I think it might be the speed it creates detox...????
I can't prove that, but I don't get headaches on Iodoral
