im now taking 100mg 2% Lugols per day. i feel like hell. im taking vitamin c and doing salt pushes with real salt, drinking alot of water. i have detox symptoms but im not getting anything out of me.
when i pee its always a pale yellow slightly green tinted urine. i rarely have dark yellow pee, i dont see any brown at all. is the bromide just not coming out?

emotionally i feel suicidal. im always depressed but the toxins are amplifying it i think. im irritable, angry, and just filled with hate toward people. its hardcore stress. lately ive just been mean to people for no reason. i did a Liver Flush last week and got out some stones. im aware of whats going on so im staying calm.

so am i not getting the toxins out like im supposed to?
