Uny, I have decided to do the full program. My mom isnt against it like I thought, she just doesnt know anything about it. So I am writing her an essay, I canceled my retreat, and we are going to buy a juicer tomorrow because it is 50% off. I have been reading about each part, and will come up with questions. But question real quick- do you start with the Foundational diet for two months or just jump into the IP as soon as you can? I am confused about the difference between them. Summer is only two and a half months long:(. And could I buy the program off off his website or is that less effective than doing it yourself? Buying it would be easier for us!
