Been looking for Bentonite clay in health/herb stores around here, would like to get it soon.

How often do you swish/hold it in your mouth? Do you still OP also? The clarity in thinking sounds great to me. I've noticed increased clarity just doing OP but then I've been doing it a lot, sometimes 3X/day!

Today I rinsed with the silica-saturated water to which I had added some Sea Salt . I figure the silica can help teeth topically as well as internally. Hope so anyway!
