You are entirely welcome. It was my pleasure to share with you some info about my lifestyle. I use Green Star juicer and I have no complains about it.

Thank you for the interesting link about the Kriya Yoga. I have tried in the past to introduce in my life some elements of the traditional yoga but, unfortunately, I always failed - I was unable to find any passion performing it and, finally, I stop trying. I concluded that I would for ever be the individual who cannot meditate at all.

I have never supposed that the wonderful feeling that my rope jumping creates, when I use it, could be compared with the spiritual energy delivered by following the Kriya Yoga rules as I never considered myself a true spiritual being. However, since rope jumping always served me well - it soothed me and made me feel good and complete, in my heart I called it my private meditation tool. I am positively surprised that it may also be formally categorized as the meditation.

I am sorry to disappoint you but I really do not fast to uplift my soul but to heal my body; The only reason why I repeatedly fast is my desire to have my physical health back - I want to be 100% free from the symptoms of the chronic sinusitis and get rid of the pterygium on my eye. That is why I am again trying to improve the inborn ability of my body to heal itself, to rejuvenate, to rebuild.

As my rope jumping takes care for my spirit, I do not need any fasts to stay spiritually healthy; What I need is simply to dance with my skipping rope and keep smiling.

However, I have noticed that my body has not become the only beneficiary of my journey to health; Every fast makes also stronger both my soul and character.
