I am so confused tho I have been doing lots of reading and I do believe there is a high chance it is low acid, i am going to but a ph kit just to see what it tells me, is there a site online that tells me what type of foods are good to eat?? I am at the point were I am terrified to eat anything pretty much for fear of a attack, I am so tired of the pain
