It could be that you have cramped or rigid bundles of muscles like I have had. I used a program that included Liver Flushes and detoxifying herbs and supplements. Also found that my body was too acid rather than slightly alkaline and used diet (see alkaline and acid forming foods)for that. Also it helped to follow a strict gluten free diet as I had undiagnosed Celiac Disease.
