I am wondering if what i have is low acid, i have had acid reflux for over 15 years, had surg. for it 10 years ago, but lately it has been causing me a lot of trouble, I seem to get heartburn attacks for no real reason alot of times they come at 3am! they are very painful, strike very fast, if i throw up just a little bit I usually feel better, I have also found that taking some vinegar or apple cider vinegar usually helps within about 5 minutes. I always seem to feel bloated and full, lots of gas that I can't seem to get rid of, I do burp and it relieves the pressure for a bit, bit not for long. It also feels like my stomach is having spasms I took a graval (anti nausea med) and that did help relax everything, I am at a loss here and just plain on edge worrying that a attack is always coming, any help would be great
