Not me! Thank goodness! My friend just fell and broke his collar bone and I have forwarded the workong file thread for healing bones with tinctures and fomentations, etc. I also told him to do castor oil packs and hot/cold showers. The only part that I'm unsure about is the hot/cold shower. Is that right? Is that a good suggestion?
