Please relax! You're not eating and your digestive system has shut down. There's nothing going through the system and anything that's still in there will wait until you start refeeding before getting shifted.

Worrying about it and, worse still, straining to shift whatever you're feeling are enervating activities that are at least partially spoiling your experience and detracting from any health gains. Trust the body to start eliminating waste when it's ready. If my experience is anything to go by, you'll have no doubt when that moment comes.
