OK, for swishing, would you use a tablespoon of liquid bentonite, as with the oil? I assume that with the swishing, you would not need to drink a lot of water to avoid constipation.

So for ingestion, maybe once a week or so is enough, and on those days drink a lot of water. I've started drinking water saturated with diatomaceous earth (per Molly's advice here) which in itself is detoxifying.
