Hey girl,

So I was just wondering how your doing since on the bio-identical hormone this month? I had a really good month, only 2-3 off days. I say off days and not bad days because they didn't hinder my day where as before my bad days ment I couldn't do normal things. Was actually surprised when I started my period cause it didn't come with a week of anxiety and panic attacks.

Please update us on how you are doing, I am reading past post of a few years ago and the girls were recovering when taken the bio-identical hormone. YAY on the right track...I think I might post some of the recovery stories of those girls to encourage some of the girls to really look into getting their hormones checked but not from a normal physician but a naturopath or specialist in hormones and that advocate bio-identical plant based without any synthetic hormone.

I thank the lord that he led me on the right track and he is keeping me healthy.
