Hi Julian,

Thank you for your kindness.

I am not Russian but know Russian language very well.

I do not consider myself a specialist in regards to the dry fast. Cure Zone posts and all the links they contain, Dr. Filonov's book and his link you already know are the only source of my knowledge about the subject.

However, my own experience gave me the clearest idea about the dry fast.
