You certainly have some willpower ! I need to improve my willpower after a fast.

I take it you are russian, I have been reading lots of forums and sites that are in russian, google chrome is excellent at translating them for me.
I am trying to find a copy of this:

“Dry medical fasting - myths and a reality” book by Dr.Sergey Filonov,MD,Barnaul,Russia,2008 in Russian FREE e-book.

but no luck so far.

maybe you could write a little guide about how you prepare, execute and end your dry fasts sometime :)
