Off the subject of bromine and salt. But wanted to interject that both my mother and I know that when our backs even twinge, we're not taking enough B12. We don't do the shots that Trapper has talked about. We take 4 mg of methylcobalamin orally to be sure we get enough after the digestive malabsorption issues associated with B12. (We'd take it sublingually if we didn't flush so badly from it!) We learned over time that 4 mg was our dose. It's one of those things that I don't think would hurt you, and might surprise you. Best wishes!
