The other question I have is will the Colloidal Silver I buy from a silverpuppies generator work to kil the infection on the inside for my cat?

Also can I use it in a nebulizer? Is it safe?
I need to buy it I. Europe and cannot find a reputable distibutor that sells mesosilver or utopia-- if somebody can help I would appreciate it--
