You are right UpEr, I fasted with no family knowing -they think that would be starving to death. So I just did not talk to family, go out to dinner with them, etc. Total avoidance of family (extended that is). That is the only way I got through my fast. Funny how everyone likes to always let you know (by hints, etc) how unhealthy you are when you are fat and then when you do lose the weight -they want you to eat more to gain it back. I am down to 105 and at 5 3" that is not too low so I don't see what all the fuss is about -it's like they wish I was obese still.
