Hi Everyone.

I have had a mild case of folliculitis for about a year and a half. "Mild" as in no boils or pus, but it was still bad enough to cover my body neck to toes and cause me to lose sleep every night from the torturous itching.

For a while I thought my immune system would kick it out (and I didn't want to take anti-biotics), but after that didn't happen, I decided to try turmeric. First I bought regular turmeric powder and made a thick liquid out of it by mixing it with water. I took that but if if helped at all, I barely noticed.

Then, I tried turmeric capsules, which are turmeric with added extract (95% curcuminoids, so it says on the label). The brand I ended up with is "Organic India, Turmeric Formula - healthy inflamation response", which I got at a health food store.

I have been taking it for 3 days now. Within the first 24 hours, about 75% of the folliculitis was gone. No more bumps or itching. It continues to improve. I am really impressed and grateful with these results.

I am going to keep taking this until the bottle is up and see if it comes back, which I hope not!
