I would like to spend some time at his retreat one day to learn more from him.

I cannot go over 3 days dry safely at the moment but I am interested to see if my body adapts over time.
I guess how much fat you have makes a difference as to how long you can go for.
As long as my vital signs remained normal then I would carry on.

Have their been any reputable studies done into any form of fasting ? probably not as there's no money in it.

The healing I felt at the 3 day dry mark was so deep I am keeping an open mind.
