I have to disagree with your posts in this support forum. What you are suggesting is both medically unsound and dangerous for many of our sick followers.

You may have survived so far but mark my words you will suffer from this kind of fasting in the future. Should anyone die from following your suggestions you may be held liable.

For sure you will have to go before your creator with promoting such practices. It is one thing for people to promote vegan diets or diets high in vitamin C but to promote a starvation way of life is both wrong and insane.

Other than that Anne you have been very respectful and mannerly and I do appreciate your non-combating nature. There are books and books available on the health benefits of water fasting, but no studies on the type of fasting you are advocating.

I have experimented with many cures in my life but cannot advocate a life threatening remedy to anyone ever. I wish you well and increased knowledge. I do hope your posts have nothing to do with promoting your blog again.
