Supplement regimen:

Just started with Doreen about 2 weeks ago, and showing improvements.

Low doses of quantum: she has me now on 1 1/2 scoops sip until 2:00 pm

Low dose of C support on other days of Quantum: 1 pill 2x/day was overstimulating because I felt like crap the next day but like myself the day I took it. She has me now on 1/4 pill 2 x/day until 2:00 pm.

Zinc 50mg with Magnesium 250mg before bed

Vitamin D 1000 IU/day

Probiotic and 25g of fiber/day.

I take 1/2 teaspoon salt in 4-6 oz warm water first thing in the morning, helps with my energy and symptoms.
