My diet is really good- omegas, lots of produce; no dairy,grain or Sugar with very few missteps. However, given the amount of detox I have done, I should be feeling better but it's as if the toxins move but never leave. I don't experience herxheimer effect but I can tell my liver has had enough. I may have less toxins but I continue to gain more internal mucosal damage, therefore much of what is suggested for flushes, leaky gut and cleansing injures me. No doubt, the adrenals are struggling. Wish I could talk to anyone who knows how to heal the gut once injury gets below the terrain.
