I had some breast discomfort which meant I needed progesterone. I take Progest-E because Ray Peat discovered that progesterone is 100% absorbed when taking it with vitamin E. It is taken sublingually.

My breast discomfort went away. I find that I get grouchy when I take too much Progest-E, then I back off or take a break.
