I started doing this several days ago, based on info I could glean from the Earth Clinic site and before reading Hveragerthi's post. I've had COPD all my life but have never smoked.

I started with 1.5% which caused immediately wheezing and constriction. I kept diluting it with each subsequent treatment until it was almost zero percent, or 0.5 mL H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) (3%) in 5 mL H2O. This concentration I can tolerate, but still only for 3 minutes and with constriction.

I think I'm breathing better with each passing day but peak flow readings say otherwise. I still take a few puffs of the salbutamol inhaler throughout the day. I'm sticking to this program for another week or so.

I wouldn't consider combining it with Colloidal Silver as there have been a few warnings about this on EC. If the benefits are not with hydrogen peroxide, I plan to move onto nebulizing Iodine or even glutathione.
