The issue isn't shortage but charge, no one is ever short Lithium. Oxidation occurs instantly if not paired with histadine. All in the links I posted already:

The rest of the issues are already shown by Drug interaction. Remove Nickel and supplement L-Carnosine and you will never be Lithium deficient.

Li+ is not a cure for BioW Encephalitis nor Borna Disease, it also does not fix the lack of methylation to SAMe or Gaba and does nothing for Hg toxicity of the brain.
