This is a good book to start with.  It's a nice easy read

 This site has a ton of information, almost too much for beginners.  It is a little overwhelming.

Make sure you read up on the cleansing reactions.  I was not ready for them, so I didn't know what the hell was going on with my body.  However, it is well worth it to go through them
