The SWF needs to be done 1st thing in the morning on an empty system. Doing it later in the day you would be washing out the nutrition and components of the lemonade. It takes around 2 hours to pass the SWF so if you can't switch things to get up earlier then so be it. The next best thing if you can't do the SWF in the mornings then you do the tea before bed and then again in the morning.
